Content and Conduct Policy

At Adam4Adam, we’re committed to protecting free expression while ensuring a respectful and safe environment for all users. We believe that diverse voices and experiences strengthen our community, but to maintain a welcoming space, certain types of content and behaviors are not permitted.

We recognize that abuse can disproportionately affect certain communities, particularly those targeted based on sex, sexual orientation, race, or marginalized identities. We are firmly against any conduct driven by hatred or prejudice, especially when it seeks to silence or intimidate underrepresented voices.

If you encounter content or behavior on Adam4Adam that appears to violate these guidelines, please report it.

Content and Conduct Guidelines

Adult Content

You may not post or livestream sexually explicit or pornographic content on Adam4Adam. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nudity or partial nudity where genitals, buttocks, or breasts are the focal point.
Suggestive imagery pushing the boundaries, such as excessive cleavage, extremely sheer clothing, or tight/low-cut outfits.
Obscene gestures (e.g., flipping the middle finger).
Simulated sexual acts.
Depictions of sexual activity involving people, animals, animated characters (e.g., hentai), or other illustrations.

Graphic Violence

Posting or streaming graphic or gory content is prohibited. This includes:

Violent or fatal accidents and crime scenes.
Depictions of physical altercations.
Bodily fluids or exposed internal organs.
Animal cruelty or mutilation.

Dangerous Activities & Products

Content promoting dangerous behavior or substances is not allowed. Examples include:

Encouragement of self-harm, disordered eating, or suicide.
Participation in or promotion of risky stunts or dares.
Promotion or use of illicit drugs.
Streaming while operating a vehicle.

Illegal or Restricted Goods and Services

You must not promote, depict, or engage in the sale or distribution of:

Counterfeit or stolen items.
Human trafficking or exploitation.
Drugs or drug paraphernalia (including marijuana).
Financial scams or unlicensed financial services.
Gambling, sex work, or illegal weapons.
Instructions on creating weapons.

Unlawful Use

Using Adam4Adam for illegal purposes or to aid illegal acts is strictly forbidden. All users must comply with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

You must not share content that you don’t own or have permission to use, including copyrighted material and trademarks.

Unauthorized Use of Likeness

Posting someone else’s image or voice without consent is not allowed. This includes non-consensual recordings or distributed media.

Private Information

Sharing another person’s private information—including images, personal details, or contact info—without consent is prohibited.

Spam and Security Violations

Using Adam4Adam to spam, spread malware, or disrupt service through automated systems or other malicious tools is forbidden.

Advertising and Promotions

Unauthorized or unsolicited promotional content, including contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes, is not permitted.

Impersonation

You may not mislead others by impersonating individuals, organizations, or groups.

Threats and Physical Harm

Specific threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, or incitement to commit violent acts are banned. This includes terrorist threats or glorification.

Minors

No content may include individuals under the age of 18, regardless of your relationship to them.

Child Endangerment & Exploitation

Any form of content that depicts or promotes sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited, including:

Sexualized images or media involving minors.
Drawings or illustrations of minors in sexual contexts.
Links to or promotion of third-party sites with such material.
Conversations or interactions seeking to exploit minors.

We also prohibit:

Fantasizing or seeking out material that involves the sexual exploitation of children.
Recruiting or attempting to involve children in sex acts or trafficking.
Identifying child exploitation victims by name or image.

Abusive Conduct

We do not tolerate harassment or efforts to intimidate others. Abusive behavior includes:

Unwanted sexual advances or explicit content.
Public shaming or blackmail.
Harassment of individuals affected by tragedy.

Context matters—targeted abuse or repeated offenses may result in stricter enforcement.

Hateful Conduct & Bullying

You may not promote violence, hatred, or harassment based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or other protected traits. This includes:

Using hate symbols, slurs, or derogatory language.
Usernames or bios that promote hate.
Reclaimed terms may be permitted when used consensually within a community.

Types of Hateful Content We Forbid

Violent Threats – Any threat that indicates a real intention to inflict serious harm.
Wishing Harm – Wishing death, illness, or injury on individuals or groups.
Promotion of Mass Violence – Glorifying or trivializing historical atrocities or violent events.
Stereotype-Based Fearmongering – Depicting entire groups as dangerous or criminal.
Repeated Use of Slurs – Targeted misgendering, racist caricatures, or degrading tropes.
Hateful Imagery – Symbols or visual elements that promote hate, including Nazi or white supremacist symbols, altered images that demean or dehumanize, and content evoking historical persecution (e.g., altered Holocaust imagery).

Enforcement and Penalties

We respond to violations of our Content and Conduct Policy with actions ranging from content removal and warnings to suspensions and permanent account bans. In severe cases—such as threats of violence or child exploitation—we may involve law enforcement and report content to agencies like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Repeated violations or especially harmful actions can lead to immediate account suspension. While we strive for transparency and education in our enforcement actions, we reserve full discretion in interpreting and applying these policies.
